- Job Responsibilities 工作职责:
1. Responsible for the test and trial of new textile/synthetic materials to work out the best method or practice for mass production. Revisit the textile testing standards and testing tools.
负责测试和试用新的织布或合成材料，以制定出适合大规模生产的最佳方法或实践。重新审视织物测试标准和测试工具。
2. Update textile material specifications and standards for new articles. Maintain core fabrics and synthetic library, color system, and relevant information on a seasonal basis. Assist the sourcing team in communicating the standards and requirements with suppliers if necessary.
维护新型体的织布材料规格和标准。按季节维护核心面料和合成纤维库、颜色系统以及相关信息。必要时协助开发采购团队与供应商沟通标准和要求。
3. Highlight textile concerns or potential risks for shoe making and propose improvement actions. Conduct reason analysis when there are textile issues at the development and production stage, and work with the sourcing team to communicate with suppliers.
提示制鞋过程中织布方面的问题和潜在风险，并提出改进措施。在开发和生产阶段出现织布问题时进行原因分析，并与开发采购团队一起与供应商沟通。。
4. Visit the suppliers’ factories to observe their production process, find out the reasons and provide guidance or suggestions when necessary for quality improvement, cost benefits or fit to ECCO’s shoe operation like DIP, etc.
参观供应商的工厂，观察其生产流程，找出问题所在，并在必要时提供指导或建议，以提升质量、降低成本或使其更符合ECCO的制鞋生产模式，如直接注塑工艺等。
5. Conduct onsite auditing and evaluate new/existing textile suppliers.
进行现场审核，并对新的/现有的纺织品供应商进行评估。
6. Explore innovation/functional fabrics as a possibility for new footwear design and features.
探索创新性或功能性面料，作为新鞋款设计和功能的一种可能性。
7. Support in sustainability project for opportunities to recycle / reuse / reform into by-products with low /free of risk substances, biodegradable materials content, etc.
在可持续性项目中提供支持，以创造机会回收/再利用/改造为低风险/无风险物质、生物可降解材料含量等的副产品。
Required Qualification资质要求:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Textile Engineering, Materials Science or a closely related discipline.
教育背景：纺织工程、材料科学或相关专业本科或以上学历。
2. Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in fabric industry, preferably within the footwear manufacturing industry. Solid working experience with international apparel / footwear brands would be advantage.
工作经验：至少3-5年面料行业工作经验，有鞋类制造行业相关工作经验更佳。具备与国际服装/鞋类品牌合作的丰富工作经验者优先。
3. Textile Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of fabric types, construction, dyeing and finishing is required. Good knowledge of local and international Yarn and Fabric supply base is essential.
纺织知识：需对织物类型、结构、染色和后整理有深入了解。对本地及国际纱线和织物供应基地有充分了解至关重要。
4. Industrial Standards: Knowledge of hazardous chemicals and RSL (restricted substance list).
行业标准：了解危险化学品和RSL（限用物质清单）。
5. Certifications: Formal textile technology qualification or Six Sigma advantageous.
认证证书：具备正规的纺织技术资格或六西格玛专业认证者优先。
6. Language: good reading & writing English ability and able to communicate in English.
语言能力：具备良好的英文读写能力，能够用英语进行交流。
