- Job Responsibilities 工作职责:
1.Control all sole chemical processes by implementing PU/TPU/EVA/Rubber chemical systems, managing critical chemical parameters, maintaining specifications and SOPs, managing incoming raw material qualifications, and maintaining material certifications.
通过实施PU/TPU/EVA/橡胶化学系统，管理关键化学品参数，维护规范和标准操作程序（SOP），管理进料原材料资质，以及维护材料认证，从而控制所有鞋底注塑的化学过程。
2.Ensure sole compounds meet applicable ECCO standards by maintaining physio-chemical quality parameters, leading preventive risk analysis and implementing preventive actions, analyzing root cause and taking corrective actions for sole defects attributable to chemistry.
通过保持物理化学质量参数、进行预防性风险分析并实施预防措施、分析根本原因并针对由化学因素引起的鞋底缺陷采取纠正措施，确保鞋底化合物符合适用的ECCO标准。
3.Responsible for chemical process improvement and innovation by leading trials and implementation of new chemical formulations, sustainable materials and novel sole compounds; investigating and applying emerging DIP chemistry technologies and driving continuous improvement.
负责通过领导新化学配方、可持续材料和新型鞋底化合物的试验和实施，来改进和创新化学工艺；研究并应用新兴的DIP直接注塑化学技术，并推动持续改进。
4.Ensure EHS-wise compliance by ensuring safe handling, storage, and disposal of all reactive chemicals according to regulations and requirements, maintaining up-to-date SDS and conducting regular chemical risk assessments, developing and delivering chemical handling training.
通过确保按照法规要求安全处理、储存和处置所有活性化学品，保持最新的安全数据表（SDS）并定期进行化学品风险评估，以及开发和提供化学品处理培训，来确保环境、健康和安全方面的合规性。
5.Responsible for chemical related reports, parameter library, sole specification database, supporting internal and external audits.
负责化学相关报告、参数库、鞋底规格数据库，并支持内外部相关审核工作。
6.Share the best practice and train the new/junior technicians.
分享最佳实践，并对新进或初级技术员进行培训。
Required Qualification资质要求:
1.Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Materials Science, or a closely related discipline.
教育背景：化学工程、高分子科学、材料科学或相关专业本科或以上学历。
2.Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in polymer processing, compounding, or chemical process engineering, preferably within the footwear, rubber, or plastics manufacturing industry.
工作经验：至少3-5年聚合物加工、混炼或化学工艺工程经验，有鞋类、橡胶或塑料制造业相关工作经验者优先。
3.DIP Knowledge: Direct experience with PU and/or TPU direct injection moulding processes in footwear manufacturing strongly preferred. Familiarity with DESMA, MAIN GROUP Technologies, Stemma, WINTECH, or similar DIP machine platforms is advantageous.
注塑知识：具备鞋类制造中聚氨酯（PU）和/或热塑性聚氨酯（TPU）直接注塑工艺的直接经验。熟悉DESMA、MAIN GROUP、Stemma、WINTECH或类似直接注塑机器平台者优先。
4.Industrial Standards: Working knowledge of EN ISO 20345, EN ISO 13287, REACH chemical regulations, GHS/CLP, and relevant ASTM or DIN footwear testing standards.
行业标准：具备EN ISO 20345、EN ISO 13287、REACH化学品法规、GHS/CLP以及相关ASTM或DIN鞋类测试标准的应用知识。
5.Certifications: Professional certifications in chemical safety, laboratory quality management (ISO 17025), or Six Sigma advantageous.
认证证书：具备化学品安全、实验室质量管理（ISO 17025）或六西格玛专业认证者优先。
6.Language: good reading & writing English ability and able to communicate in English.
语言能力：具备良好的英文读写能力，能够用英语进行交流。
