- Job Responsibilities 工作职责:
1. Explore new potential materials and regularly update new findings to GA Textile / GMM.
探索新的潜在材料，并定期向集团织布顾问和集团材料管理中心汇报新发现。
2. Develop new materials, especially new textile/fabric materials, for new SKUs according to the required material specifications or standards.
根据所需的材料规格或标准，为新型体或新配色款开发新材料，尤其是新型纺织/面料材料。
3. Work with material specialists and suppliers to test the new materials and see if the new materials can meet ECCO’s technical, quality and financial requirements.
与材料专家和供应商合作，测试并确认新材料是否符合ECCO的技术、质量和财务要求。
4. Work closely together with relevant stakeholders, including third party facilities to ensure materials for mass production fully comply with all specifications.
与包括第三方设施在内的相关利益方紧密合作，确保批量生产的材料完全符合所有规格要求。
5. Visit the suppliers’ factories to observe their production process and provide suggestions to solve material issues together with the material specialist if possible.

6. Support GA Textile to do onsite auditing and evaluate new/existing textile suppliers.

7. Explore innovation/functional fabrics and consolidate the information to GA Textile as a possibility for new footwear design and features.
探索创新性或功能性面料，并将相关信息整合给集团织布顾问，作为新鞋款设计和功能的一种可能性。
8. Responsible for Textile sample material PO releasing, delivery & quality following up and payment related.
负责布料样品采购，跟踪交期&品质结果直至交付，完成付款相关事宜；
9. Follow Ecco new material/new color development procedure to finish new material/new color development & approval before bulk PO releasing.
按照Ecco新材料&新颜色开发流程在大货采购前完成新材料/新颜色的开发&认证；
10. Price maintenance & updating in system.
SAP价格维护&定期更新；
Required Qualification资质要求:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Textile Engineering, Materials Science or a closely related discipline.
教育背景：纺织工程、材料科学或相关专业本科或以上学历。
2. Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in material sourcing or development, preferably within the footwear manufacturing industry.
工作经验：至少3-5年材料采购或开发经验，有鞋类制造行业相关工作经验者优先。
3. Textile Knowledge: Strong knowledge about fabric and synthetic material. Good knowledge of local and international Yarn and Fabric supply base is essential.
纺织知识：对织布面料和合成材料有深入了解，熟悉本地和国际纱线和面料供应基地。
4. Industrial Standards: Knowledge of hazardous chemicals and RSL (restricted substance list)..
行业标准：了解危险化学品和RSL（限用物质清单）。
5. Skills: Strong negotiation skill, project management skill, MS office skill. SAP knowledge is a plus.
所需技能：具备出色的谈判技巧、项目管理能力，能熟练使用办公软件。具备SAP系统使用经验者优先。
6. Language: good reading & writing English ability and able to communicate in English.
语言能力：具备良好的英文读写能力，能够用英语进行交流。
