- At least 15 years shoe industry experience, 10 years’ experience for development area
Experience for working in branded company is preferred.
5 years’ experience as the leader of a development group.
Excellent technical background for last/outsole mold/athletic related technics/process.
Strong ability for effective communication in different circumstances.
Excellent oral & written English capability.
Standard size US#6 with fitting model experience is preferred
