- Requirement as below:
1. Knowing lady casual shoe pattern/last, knowing the features of leather materials, leather finishing, mass production process and workflow.
2. Have extensive experience with Commercialization technology transfer from Basic fit up to extreme fit, wear test and production trial.
3. Strong communication skills, able to guide the factory in cutting die trial and work with QA team and production team to standardize production standards and processes..
4. Have a strong sense of time and high work efficiency.
5. The workplace is located in Southeast Asia.
