- 职位描述：
- 负责1台330*600射出成型机开机、试模调试及过程监控，确保试模过程顺利、产品符合要求：
1、5年以上IP射出机操作经验，熟悉射出成型机原理、操作流程，能独立开机、参数设置操作；
2、掌握试模流程，能根据产品图纸及工艺要求，通过调整射出参数解决试模中常见缺陷，同时，了解模具结构，能配合完成模具安装、定位、拆卸及日常检查；熟悉 IP 类产品的材料特性（如 EVA）；
3、具备基础设备维护能力，能完成射出机日常清洁、润滑，异常处理。
4、身体健康，沟通协调能力强，能与模具工程师、品质工程师有效配合，解决试模中的问题；
5、学习能力强，愿意接受新设备、新工艺、新材料的培训并应用于工作中。
