- General Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Technical Developer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the product development process, from concept to commercialization, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality and are delivered on time. Having excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills on PD. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments, including design, material and manufacturing, to ensure the timely and accurate completion of tasks related to the development of ladies’ footwear. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading footwear company and contribute to the creation of innovative, stylish, and comfortable product.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with functions from HQ, DBI and factory to design, develop, and deliver high-quality products for KEDS .
2. Create and manage product development timelines, milestones, and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of products.
3. Monitor and track project timelines and samples.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, material, Pre- production and Production to ensure that all products meet the required standards of quality, durability, and functionality.
5. Collaborate with external suppliers and vendors to source materials, components, and services that meet the required standards of quality and are delivered on time.
6. Maintain accurate records and reports of product development activities, including progress, issues, and resolutions. Update all information related in the System.
Required Skills:
1. IT-skills
2. Good oral and written communication skills.
3. Require technical knowledge of Sports footwear product construction and manufacturing methods.
4. At least 5-year experience in Product Development.
5. Good English communication skills.
6. Operate computer skillfully.
7. Prior experience in the women’s comfort footwear industry is a strong advantage.
