Manages and oversees team of developers and costing associates.

Ensure that all projects are developed through T1 to meet product, cost, quality objectives, and accelerate timelines.

Effectively communicates with development teams and all internal/external departments to ensure on-time and accurate information. Proactively communicates project status and reports.

Ensure that all creative concepts and designs are executed with the highest level possible. Create workable solutions to all challenges that maintain the creative design theme and intent, cost, quality, and on time delivery.

Partner with Account Management, Sales & Marketing, Design, Engineering, Commercialization and Operations staff to deliver product objectives and meet targets.

Develop and manage relationships with manufacturing management.

Develop and implement systems, processes, and procedures to optimize operations and ensure objectives are met.

Recruit, train, and develop future AMG Development positions.

Travel as needed within China and/or other AMG offices.

Requirements要求
College degree. 大专以上学历。
8+ years’ experience in footwear or related manufacturing/trading experience preferred. 具有八年以上制鞋业工厂或者外贸经验。有斯凯奇开发经验者优先。
Experience managing a team of individuals. 需有带领团队的经验。
Strategic thinking and team player, tendency to prioritize problem-solving mindset. 具备策略性思维, 具备团队精神, 并以解决问题为处理事情导向。
Fluent Chinese and English. 流利的英文与中文。
Strong communicator and analytical skills. 强而有力的沟通,并具备分析能力。
Knowledge of footwear development process. 具备相关制鞋开发流程的相关知识。
Knowledge of footwear manufacturing process. 具备相关制鞋生产流程的相关知识。
Knowledge of physical properties of materials. 具备材料物性测试标准的相关知识。
Knowledge and experience of material supply chain management. 具备材料供应链管理的经验及相关知识。
Knowledge of shoe costing and a strong negotiator. 具备报价以及议价的能力。
Ability to identify cost saving through design, engineering, or manufacturing solutions. 具备有降低成本的思维及提出建议。
Flexibility to work as needed during peak periods. 在高峰季节可以弹性调整工作时间。

Company History:
Through the 1990’s, our organization grew into Indonesia and launched a specialty production facility with business partner. And continuous focusing on supply chain support for our clientele, AMG expanded offices further in Guang Dong, China in 2001 then opening our standalone facility in 2004 in Fujian, China, which has served to become our base of operations since housing our sample room, laboratory, development offices, design headquarters, production planning and technical services hub. In 2011, we expanded into Cambodia and Vietnam—with offices in Phnom Penh and Hanoi managing production with partner facilities. By 2019, AMG are operating in Bangladesh, Cambodia, Vietnam, China, Hong Kong, and the United States managing the supply chain for brands and retailers in over 100 countries.
