职位描述：:  Minimum 5 years experience as a footwear technician (Mens, Ladies, Kids)
 Must be able to read blueprints
 Experienced in footwear pattern engineering
 Must be able to measure lasts and understand last modifications and standards
 Responsible for last, outsole mould development and pattern engineering
 Ability to work cross functionally with PD and QC teams
 Need to have solid understanding of commercialization process, grading of all patterns and outsole moulds
 A proven ability to work at a fast pace
 Able to develop good working relationships with manufacturers
 Excellent communication skills
 Reading and Writing English essential
 Must be willing to travel
 Must be able to demonstrate experience working in teams
