Lead material innovation, supplier development, and strategic sourcing across China. Source and develop footwear materials and components, identify new technologies, negotiate commercial agreements, and build strong supplier partnerships to support global product development.

岗位职责：引领创新与采购：全面负责中国区的材料创新、供应商开发以及战略采购规划。材料研发与开拓：拓展并开发鞋类新型材料与核心部件，敏锐捕捉行业前沿新技术。商务谈判与风控：主导商业协议的谈判与签署，确保采购成本与商务条款的最优化。伙伴关系与协同：构建并维护强有力的供应商合作伙伴关系，全力支持全球产品的开发与落地。
