Lead our footwear development organization from concept through commercialization. Manage product developers, pattern makers, tooling engineers, and the sampling room while ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest technical standards.

跨职能团队管理：高效管理产品开发师、打版师、模具工程师以及样品房团队，提升团队协同效能。
