- 职位描述：
- Lead footwear and accessories production in factory, to ensure operations align with company goals. Develop strategies through collaboration, simplify end-to-end operational procedures, focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence, while guiding team development. It is also necessary to maintain transparent communication with all parties, address challenges, ensure compliance, and maintain good relationships to support operational needs.
Responsibilities
1. Collaborate across the company to develop and implement strategies that enhance efficiency and effectiveness, leading the execution of these strategies, ensuring that local productions align with corporate objectives.
2. Implement streamlined procedures for end-to-end productions, focusing on continuous improvement and productional excellence.
3. Support OEM factories by best practice sharing, consultancy and any other effective interventions.
4. Mentor and develop productional teams, fostering a culture of high performance, teamwork and accountability.
5. Maintain transparent communication with both the corporate office and local teams to address challenges, drive solutions.
6. Ensure compliance with corporate governance policies, ethical standards, and local regulations. Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders to support productional needs. All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
1. Minimum of 10 years in management and 5+ years in footwear manufacturing industry, with a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams.
2. Management or support experience on local or overseas’ OEM factory.
3. Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards in the footwear industry.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office productivity software, with experience in MES considered a plus.
5. Oral and written English skills is a must.
6. Enhance alignment with specific business needs and stakeholder communications.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
