- Job Description 工作职责：
1. Conceptualize and create original graphics, patterns, logos, and all-over prints for custom team uniforms, including gradients, fades, and complex designs across seams, sleeves, and collars.
根据客户需求、球队标志、配色方案和规格，构思并创建原创图形、图案、标志和全覆盖印刷设计，包括渐变、褪色以及跨缝隙、袖子、领口的复杂图案。
2. Work from client briefs, team logos, color schemes, and specifications to design personalized. jerseys, shorts, hoodies, and other teamwear items.
根据客户需求说明、团队标识、配色方案及规格要求，设计个性化队服，包括球衣、短裤、连帽衫及其他团队服饰。
3. Use provided templates (often in .AI format) to lay out designs on garment mockups, ensuring accurate placement of numbers, names, sponsor logos, and artwork.
使用提供的模板（通常为 .AI 格式），在服装样板上布局设计，确保号码、姓名、赞助商标志和图案的精准放置。
4. Prepare production-ready vector files in Adobe Illustrator: CMYK color mode, proper separations, repeats for seamless patterns, and high-resolution exports suitable for sublimation printing.

5. Collaborate with sales, production, and clients to revise designs, approve proofs, and ensure color accuracy and print feasibility.

6. Edit and optimize customer-submitted artwork (e.g., logos in PNG/vector) for sublimation compatibility, including color matching and bleed setup.

7. Stay updated on sports apparel trends, fabric technologies, and sublimation best practices to create innovative, performance-oriented designs.

8. Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain organized digital asset libraries.

Job Requirement 岗位要求:
1. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (vector graphics, paths, repeats, color management); experience with Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
精通 Adobe Illustrator（矢量图形、路径、图案重复、色彩管理）；熟悉Adobe Photoshop 为加分项。
2. Strong understanding of dye-sublimation printing processes, including full-garment designs, color vibrancy on polyester fabrics, and limitations (e.g., no white ink on dark fabrics).
深入理解染料升华印刷流程，包括全服装设计、在聚酯面料上的色彩鲜艳度，以及限制（如深色面料上无白色墨水）。
3. Portfolio demonstrating sports teamwear designs, especially sublimated jerseys/uniforms.

4. Knowledge of apparel construction, mockup templates, and tech packs.

5. Excellent attention to detail for print-ready files and quality control.

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, often with custom orders for teams/schools/clubs.

7. 2+ years of experience in apparel graphic design, preferably in sports/teamwear or custom printing.
