Duties & Responsibilities :
1. Collect all sample details, then review and understanding it, otherwise, to coordinate with other departments and customers,
2. Attend pattern review meeting with all departments and factory; record the key points that needs pay more attention during sampling.
3. To plan all sample schedule based off the XF dated and assist solve the sample delay issue,
4. Reviewing/approval all material components swatches before cfm sample making.
5. Tracing Cfm sample schedule and update to relevant team (CSR / MCT /States).
6. Tracking all sample making in factory’s sample room to ensure the details and quality are meet our/customers’ requirement,
7. To responsible review all materials and cfm sample and ensure all cfm sample fit is approving by our fit model before send to customers.
8. To take pictures with 4 different views for CFM samples via reference sample, then mail to customer.
9. To responsible tag on approved cfm samples with comments, pass cfm sample and one set of whole swatches in all colorways to QA team on/in time,
10. For Target /Target DV, prepared booklet 4 sets for each approved style/SKU for signature, once it’s done, send one set of Booklet and one piece of approved CFM sample with red tag to Target HK for keeping.
11. Collect the CFM sample material supplier information, and issue it to all suppliers for production preparing.
12. Tracing all AD/marketing sample with factory and ensure to ship them to customer in /on time .
13. Assist leaders assigned other jobs.
Job Requirement:
1. Colleague or Above
2. Minimum 5 years’ shoes factory or trade company working experience
3. Good command of spoken, written English
4. Good communication experience and able to work independently and teamwork closely
5. Strong computer knowledge in Microsoft Office
