- Position Description：
• Study the legal documents from customers, organize and distribute to the relevant internal parties and obtain feedback and confirmation.
• Collect the feedback and communicate with the internal contact window for the external parties.
• Keep track of the Customer agreements and documents.
• Keep track of the supplier MNDA/ Insite Insole Supplier Agreement/ Insite Compliance Letter
• Provide Weekly update of the statistic report on legal documents.
• Work closely with the Director of Order Processing to Organize the signed documents.
• Keep track of the filing system for the signed legal documents
• Strictly observe company confidential information and maintain the safety of company assets.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in business.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience including 2 years in legal related administrative role.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, strong listening skill.
• Strong organization and document filing skills.
• Proficiency in Chinese and English.
