- Requirement -
1. 10 -15 years experience working at low end private label customer at least, direct brand or in-direct brand is fine.
2. Excellent communication ability with each customer and designers /each team members, understand each stage from open design/ development/ sales/ production stage communication closely avoid any cost increase.
3. Good understanding of products, creative on price structure, excellent aesthetic perspective, solid technical foundation for different category shoes like vulcanize/ injection/ dress cement/ casual cement/ sports shoes/ indoor slipper/ EVA slider and ect.
4. Good knowledge at different type of outsole cost, great control mold amortized skill.
5. Spread and build positive / healthy image of our customer and factory /suppliers .
6. Great skill at English reading and writing communication, good at English speaking ,can talk with customers directly .
7. Cost breakdown is basic skill, can calculate the material consumption for every material correctly against factory make the reasonable discount for price.
