- Requirement:
At least 4-6 year’s development sample approval or production work experience in footwear industry. Preferable to have both of them.
Know shoe construction, material , test and manufacturing process.
Know whole production process of the footwear, namely from product development to shipment and is sensitive to sample and production schedule.
Be good at oral, reading and written English
Good communication skill.
Detail oriented, proactive, responsible ,patient and team work well.
Can work under pressure or overtime
Can be on business trip any time if company needed .
