- 职位描述：
- Design Execution Leadership
• Translate design direction from Northstar’s LA and UK teams into detailed CADs, design updates, and technical documentation.
• Oversee the creation and revision of footwear CADs, colorways, pattern adjustments, and design updates.
• Ensure all design outputs align with customer brand DNA and commercial requirements.
Team Leadership & Workflow Management
• Lead and mentor the Dongguan design team, including mid-level and assistant designers.
• Manage design workload and prioritize tasks to support multiple customer programs simultaneously.
• Establish clear design processes and standards for CAD revisions, technical documentation, and design approvals.
Development Collaboration
• Work closely with Asia-based development teams to ensure design intent is accurately translated into product.
• Collaborate with factories to ensure designs are manufacturable and meet target cost requirements.
• Review technical documentation and development updates prior to sample production.
Global Team Coordination
• Act as the primary design execution partner for Northstar’s LA and UK design teams.
• Participate in cross-regional design reviews and development discussions.
• Ensure efficient communication between design, development, and factory partners.
Process Optimization
• Identify opportunities to improve design turnaround time and efficiency.
• Support Northstar’s goal of creating a faster, more scalable global design workflow.
Ideal Profile
• 7–10+ years of footwear design or development experience.
• Strong knowledge of footwear construction, materials, and pattern engineering.
• Experience leading or mentoring design teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and footwear CAD development.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across global teams.
• Experience working with PLM systems and technical design documentation.
