职位描述：: Objective:
The employer is leading footwear manufacturer supplying to some of the world’s most iconic sports brands. The QA is responsible for overseeing factory quality operations and reports directly to the General Manager.

Main Responsibilities:
- Factory quality control/process audits/development of improvement plans.
- Develop and implement quality control measures across factory operations to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Conduct regular process audits to ensure adherence to SOP and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead customer process audits to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
- Investigate and analyze customer complaints, identify root cause and implement corrective and preventative actions, and provide detailed feedback to customer on improvement plan and resolutions.
- Manage the testing of new products and prototypes, track and resolve quality issues that may arise.
- Monitor and maintain quality standards on the production floor, train and guide production staff on quality control best practices.
- Lead customer audit operations and address any quality findings or concerns raised by customer.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality management in the footwear industry, including experience working with international footwear brands.
- Excellent communication skills with strong command of both English and Chinese, with the ability to effectively communicate with brand customers.
- High sense of responsibility, proactive with ability to take initiatives.
- Interpersonal skills, and able to work well within a team.
