- 主要职责:
1、根据品牌定位和市场需求,合理进行每季样品的开发、跟进及调整工作;
2、负责新产品前期打样材料确认,生产工艺监督,材料跟踪核对,
3、从开发技术方面解决生产中可能会发生的产品工艺及品质问题,跟技师紧密联系,进行质量跟踪;
任职要求:
1、从事鞋业开发5年以上工作经历并有一定的品质交期意识。
2、熟悉制鞋结构原理和制作流程、生产工艺、用材和成本核算。
3、对各种鞋类的材质和物性及相关的测试要求有一定了解和认知。
4、具有较强的独立工作能力和自我管理.沟通、协调能力。
5、对市场敏锐度有自己见解和心得。
