- 职位描述：
- Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for new material development and sourcing
2. New material color checking and tracking approved status by US material team/brands.
3. Work together with supplier and shoe/handbag factory for lots sample orders to ensure quality and delivery on time
4. Prepare Pre-buy swatches and send to US material team/brand for approve and update comments to chart and system.
5. Negotiated price and insert price to system by season
6. Prepare material master card for supplier and shoe/handbag factory.
7. Insert Material Risk Assessment to system.
8. Material Physical test & RSL.
9. Maintain accurate inventory records of shoe/handbag materials, update the data in system to ensure other cross-departmental to obtain the necessary materials data for analysis.
10. Coordinate with internal departments (like PD/Production) to ensure timely delivery of shoe materials and resolve material issues.
11. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Manager.
12. Collaborate with US office closely and address potential issues and challenges cross-regional.
13. Prepare seasonal innovation material and catalogs book to US office.
