- Responsibilities (职责)
Oversee the daily progress of product development, ensuring smooth transitions from the initial development phase through to T1 handover.每日跟进产品开发进度，确保从初始开发阶段至T1阶段交接期间的所有环节按计划顺利进行。
Proactively identify and drive solutions for development issues encountered during this process, preventing delays.针对开发过程中出现的问题，主动寻找并推动解决方案的实施，确保项目不受延误。
Identify potential problems early and facilitate their resolution through cross-departmental collaboration. Conduct and participate in various meetings and factory engagements, ensuring accurate understanding and implementation of customer requirements. Compile meeting minutes and track follow-up actions.在产品开发周期中，负责识别潜在问题并提前干预，通过跨部门协作，有效解决问题。与工厂保持紧密沟通，组织并参与各类会议，确保客户需求得到准确理解和落实，并负责编制会议纪要，跟踪后续行动项。
Work closely with design, engineering, sample room, quality control, and other departments to secure necessary technical assistance and resources.为确保产品开发项目的顺利推进，积极与设计、技转、样品室、质量控制等部门协同工作，获取必要的技术支持和资源帮助。
Risk Management & Optimization: Identify potential risks during project execution, assess their impacts, and implement preventive measures and contingency plans. Continuously refine project management processes to enhance overall project success rates.识别项目执行过程中的潜在风险，评估其可能影响，并制定相应的预防措施和应对策略，持续优化项目管理流程，提高项目成功率。
Have a very clear plan for the project and implement and complete it对项目要有很清晰的计划实施并完成
Requirements（岗位要求）
A college degree is preferred. 拥有大学学位者优先考虑。
At least five years of relevant experience in a similar position.至少五年以上的同岗位相关经验。
Have core computer skills, MS Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.具备计算机技能，Word、Excel、Power Point等。
Fluent in English, both verbally and writing skills英语流利。
Must have strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently and within a TEAM environment必须具备强烈的自我激励能力，以及独立工作和在团队环境中协作的能力。
Strong attention to detail and the ability to balance multiple tasks over different brands and project timelines对细节高度关注，能够在不同品牌和项目时间线上平衡多项任务。

Company History:
Through the 1990’s, our organization grew into Indonesia and launched a specialty production facility with business partner. And continuous focusing on supply chain support for our clientele, AMG expanded offices further in Guang Dong, China in 2001 then opening our standalone facility in 2004 in Fujian, China, which has served to become our base of operations since housing our sample room, laboratory, development offices, design headquarters, production planning and technical services hub. In 2011, we expanded into Cambodia and Vietnam—with offices in Phnom Penh and Hanoi managing production with partner facilities. By 2019, AMG are operating in Bangladesh, Cambodia, Vietnam, China, Hong Kong, and the United States managing the supply chain for brands and retailers in over 100 countries.
