- Responsibilities
Sets up pre-audits based on the planned type of social, safety and / or process compliance audits. 根据计划的社会责任、安全和/或流程合规审计类型，设置预审

Create and follow-up on extensive corrective action plans, and report both findings as well as actions taken to resolve these minor and critical findings.

Communicate status effectively to senior and executive management through reports, presentations, and individual meetings.

Assist other departments (Quality control, Product Development, Materials) in their product-related certifications for the different markets as a liaison between AMG and third-party testing companies.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred. 优选本科学历
3+ years’ experience in a Corporate Social Compliance management role and executing and managing Corporate Social Compliance (CSR), Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and Environmental Management System (EMS) audits
拥有3年以上企业社会责任合规管理（CSR）岗位经验，负责执行和管理企业社会责任合规、职业健康安全（OHS）、环境管理体系（EMS）审计工作
Understanding of, and proven experience with, WRAP, BSCI, SMETA 4-Pillar, BSI, SA8000, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, C-TPAT, GSV, SQP, TGI, WCA, as well as company-specific audit programs
熟悉并具备以下认证的实际操作经验：WRAP、BSCI、SMETA四支柱、BSI、SA8000、ISO 9001、ISO 14001、ISO 45001、C-TPAT、GSV、SQP、TGI、WCA，以及公司特定的审计计划
Strong understanding of (footwear) product-related laws, mainly in China, USA, Europe and Australia/New Zealand, like CCC, REACH, RSL, ASTM, Prop65, CSA, CE, EN, AS/NZS, etcetera

Company History:
Through the 1990’s, our organization grew into Indonesia and launched a specialty production facility with business partner. And continuous focusing on supply chain support for our clientele, AMG expanded offices further in Guang Dong, China in 2001 then opening our standalone facility in 2004 in Fujian, China, which has served to become our base of operations since housing our sample room, laboratory, development offices, design headquarters, production planning and technical services hub.
