1、公司女鞋产品实现各环节品质保证体系的完善和推行;
2、负责严格监督、推行公司各项原材料及鞋品检测标准;
3、产前封样,主导召开产前会;
4、解决产前会中出现的问题(制单不清楚、工艺错误等)
任职资格:
1、大专以上学历,性别不限;
2、5年以上女鞋QA工作经验;沟通能力佳.逻辑思维能力强.商务采购谈判基本技巧熟练;
3、熟悉各类休闲鞋的特性、生产工艺、品控流程;
4、能适应出差。
General Summary:
A Shoe Production Inspector takes responsibility for examining the materials and ensures it is high in quality and defect-free. Primary responsibilities seen on the Production Inspector Resume are – ensuring the quality of manufactured goods; inspecting goods; examining materials from suppliers before sending it to the production line; inspecting components, and assemblies; performing quick visual inspections; testing and measuring and analyzing products; taking samples for testing; ordering materials; performing inspections; recording pass or fail grade of products and producing detailed reports.
Reports to: Production Manager
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ensured that all operations were followed to required standards.
• Follow up the technical meeting, full sizes production test.
• Follow up running changes for production Schedules.
• Control the quality from the beginning of process.
• Coordination problems for shoe development and Commercial issues between the Factories
Preferred Qualifications:
• Professional and patient with excellent communication & interpersonal skill.
• Friendly and approachable, good attitude and service standards.
• Good oral and writing English skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure, with fast reaction on the daily problems.
• 10years experience of shoe production processes.
• Experience in leather ladies shoes.
