懂英文和电脑；
了解各种材料及在鞋子生产中的特性，能根据样品或色卡判断大货材料；
能确认鞋子的全套并提出合理的意见；
懂大货的生产并能调整生产；
有大货的验货经验；
有海外工作经验
Good Communication Skills and can work independently;
Good knowledge of shoe’s factory operation and production process;
Good knowledge of various materials and characteristics in production;
Can judge correct material according to samples and color cards;
Conduct final approval full set of shoes;
Can provide opinions on production plan to make improvement;
Have overseas working experience
