An international footwear manufacturing company is looking for an Assistant (m/f/w) to the Technical Manager for its Vietnam production site. Our factory is state of the art, offering excellent conditions for people who are passionate about footwear and industrial manufacturing.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will support the Technical Manager across the full footwear manufacturing process, covering both development and mass production:
Support during the development process (samples, prototypes, feasibility)
Assist with industrialization of new styles up to mass production
Contribute to process optimization (efficiency, quality, stable production)
Act as an interface between development, production, quality and technical teams
Support daily problem-solving and technical follow-up in production
Help implement standards, documentation and training
YOUR PROFILE:
Strong knowledge of the complete footwear manufacturing process
Experience in footwear development and/or mass production
Technical understanding of materials, components and manufacturing methods
Structured, hands-on and team-oriented working style
Good English skills (spoken and written)
Willingness to work in Vietnam on a long-term basis
