- 职位描述：
- 1. Material development process & oversee the leather articles from development to production
2. Monitored materials and components to ensure they met physical and quality requirements.
3. Carry out incoming, in-process & final quality control for leather material
4. Work with Testing team to monitoring physical and chemical test results & follow up with tanneries for corrective action
5. Get involved in the communication between tanneries and factories & resolve issues arisen of leather material
6. Collaborate with tannery to create Leather color standard
7. Set leather standard (quality, costing, description, etc.) & treatment SOP for production/factories
8. Trouble shooting and root cause analysis on claim & quality issue of leather
Requirement:
At least 8-10 years doing material technical development of footwear
Strong technical knowledge of footwear testing standards & requirement, including material, component, and over performance
Good communication skills & attention into details
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Proficiency in spoken and written English & spoken Chinese
Good PV Knowledge in MS Office
