2.Excellent English in both speaking and writing, especially in footwear-related translation.
3.Strong experience in footwear development, pre-production, and team management.
4.Good knowledge of shoe materials, including upper materials (leather, fabric, PU, etc.) and bottom materials.
5.Strong communication skills and good work discipline.
6.Able to work under pressure and manage emotions professionally.
7.Honest and diligent in work.
