- 职位描述：
- Primary Responsibilities:
1. Assist with Ariat RSL Compliance: Check and track with suppliers to complete the RSL COC by year.
2. Assist with Ariat Forced Labor Policy: Check and track with supplier to submit the forced labor declarations. Candence: seasonally or when needed.
3. Assist with Ariat Conflict Minerals Survey: Follow-up with shoe factory to complete the survey.
4. Manage all process of CPSIA testing for Yth footwear. The process consists of monitor the orders monthly, work with shoe factory to test the styles needed, complete GCC report, upload the COC to BOX, and update tracking list in Centric.
5. Prepare spreadsheets with testing data for statics and reports.
Qualification:
1. College or above, Materials Science, or related field is preferred
2. Fluency in both written and spoken English
3. Basic experience of mtl testing, shoe making process is preferred
4. Basic Knowledge about compliance (social compliance, chemical, RSL), and to be UpToDate with sustainability manufacturing practices preferred.
5. Strong organizational skills, able to leverage systems and files to access data effectively
6. Strong communication skills, clear and concise with the end result in mind
7. Effective time management and the ability to work well in a team environment
8. Critical thinker, analytical, problem solver, creative, adaptable, flexible
9. Centric PLM, MS Office, Excel
