- 职位描述：
- 职责Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Make sure QC understand and follow company policy and procedures.
2. Avoid complain and claim by poor quality so that bring loose to the company and factory.
3. Attend die test, discuss issues with factory technician and record it
4. Ensuring all raw material and components are from confirmation sample supplier and either color or quality are without acceptable range by individual customer
5. Assist supervisor complete work on D/T、P/T, prevent quality issues to happen
6. Assist factory to implement PTC for applicable shoes.
7. Inspect set-up of production lines (heating tunnel, cooling tunnel, sole press machine…etc). Conduct “In Process” Quality control in productions (cutting, stitching and lasting)
8. Conducting production quality of factory and monitoring factory’s mold prevention process.
9. Work with QC to deal with emergency quality issues and make a CAP for defective issue.
10. Check if any Topline orders are being subcontracted to non-authorized supplier.
11. Work with Factory and evaluate whether there will or not be a delay with FSR
12. Manage all styles schedule and procedures in responsible factories to prevent quality problems caused by rush production.
13. Prepare for the third inspection and coordination work
14. Good conduct and control the During and final inspection of productions
15. Follow up shipment report by QC
16. Assist supervisor to monitor and conduct QC’s daily work and make sure QC understand and follow company policy and procedures.
17. Complete other tasks given by the supervisor.
职位要求Requirements:
1. More than 10 years of management experience and served in more than three companies with a team of 3-4 at least.
2. Under 50 years of age and can travel frequently
3. Have brand QC experience and ability to work independently.
4. Have English read, write and communication skill
5. Have good communication, coordination ability and judgement ability
6. Have good ability of judgment, control and prevention on shoes quality
7. Have good problem handing capacity on quality
8. Have teamwork spirit.
