PM/Logistics Analyst (For AEROSOLES)

1.Work with factories/agents closely on daily basis for leather readiness and status. Clearly understand capacity impact from new lot & carry-over lot.
2.Timely collect and maintain vessel schedule in both Mainframe and Rock Blocks system and assign vessel on Leather level in the system to trigger generation of vessel notification to factories and agents.
3.PO status tracking to ensure the gap is picking up and resolved timely between plan and actual placement. PO production scheduling tracking and monitoring, to ensure factory production schedule is well planned. And, on-time delivery is able to deliver.
4.Coordinate with CFS QC/LAB, PD/Costing Factory to assure products are inspected/ tested and released in time. Tracking & Coordinate with PD/Costing/Factory on the commercialization scheduling & target timing to ensure on-time delivery.
5.Provide vessel information and shipping plan to PM/factory/agents for necessary NLT adjustments. Provide alternative way of transportation to PM/factory/agents to avoid airfreight when delay occurs. Provide coaching service to new and existing factory in order to enhance factory ability in satisfy AEROSOLES customer needs. Coach factory/agent/consolidator for accurate container loading sequence by DC, Leather and size as well as solve problems when mixed loading occurs.
6.Work with carriers and forwarders to secure sufficient vessel space and empty containers and assure vessel connection without fail. Acquire air rate from air forwarder and provide air cost to Topeka counterpart for airfreight feasibility study.
7.Negotiate air rate with forwarder, pursue fair leverage between airfreight data, transit time, Service and to meet PO ETA.
8.Maintain airfreight loading data for DC receiving and track airfreight shipment status to ensure on schedule ETA.
9.Pre-arrangement for Tacoma shipment to facilitate inbound transportation and cost saving to EDC.
10.Keep close contact with internal & external team partners.
11.Ensure the accuracy of reports, such as PIM’s scheduling, Alert for confirmation, and other PM related reports
12.Monitor PIMs scheduling daily. Look at material status and option in problem solving
13.Know when to flag the helps need to superior seeking for assistance or supports
1.Minimum 7 years of work experience in the Logistics, Footwear industry in product development, production planning or other related business operation function
3.Detail oriented and analytical skill.
4.Good communication skills and necessary command of English.
5.Proficient computer skill.
