REPRESENTATIVE, IS HELP DESK

- Job responsibility:
•Assures world class customer service to resolve issues swiftly and accurately and to meet business needs including:
1.High quality communications via phone, email, service tickets and other types of documentation
2.Effective troubleshooting techniques
3.Proper evaluation and escalation of service tickets
4.Bring resolutions to problems and ensure we are performing the right jobs to meet our business needs
•Assures problem resolution by initiating and tracking problem assignments to technical resources, vendors, and so forth, and by keeping the customer updated on the status of problem resolution.
•Develop, Implements and continually improves programs and processes to provide:
•Effective customer service that resolves issues timely and accurately, meeting the customer’s needs
•Help desk system and workflow tools for task management and tracking
•Prompt response to customer
•Realistic action plans, goals and objectives; strong team morale, and commitments to goals and objectives
•Quality assurance and best practices
•Documentation and communication to customers that is easy-to-read and understand without technical jargon
•Works as a liaison between the customer and I.S. or other functions to maintain and ensure that we are a “service bureau” for the customer.
•Associate or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
•1-2 years of experience in similar IS help desk services environment preferred
•Experience working with computer hardware
•Familiar with all Microsoft applications
•Good command of English.
