本职位主要工作为脚模,试穿本公司设计制造的鞋子并给出相应的试穿报告,要求脚的码数为美码7C,相当于欧码的37 - 37.5,相当于中国码的235到240. 具体量度为:脚长238mm,脚掌肥度217mm,腰围216mm,脚背222mm, 只要以上数据靠近者,都可以申请此岗位并由我们的脚模师傅现场测量围度。
Able to Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
1. Fit, Comfort and Product Integrity Standards.
Ensure all products across the brands or category through the fit assessment and wear test trials to meet PSS standards of excellence.
Work closely with the Development teams, including direct-Dev. and agents in setting and maintaining technical product integrity standards across all products.
Execute identified high impacting product through the wear testing process.
2. Fit testing
Gain a thorough knowledge of all new products.
Work with the PD departments to identify key programs for detailed product integrity evaluation, to aid resource management, initiate wear testing and comparative fit testing
Allocate time for each fitting request to maximize efficiency.
Gain the understanding of brand development and commercialization timelines and calendars in order to prioritize work schedules to meet deadlines.
Be able to make decisions on an acceptable level of fit and comfort and moderate actions necessary to resolve fit issues.
Maintain and operate fit test facilities and/or data base.
Work with the PD, and Topeka fit team to resolve fit issues.
3. Wear testing
Perform wear testing for the PSS key products and/or the special programs, gain test results for analysis.
Ensure that wear test samples are ordered, tracked and evaluated in a timely manner so as recommendation from the findings can be actioned prior to production.
Operate wear test facilities and/or data base ensuring sufficient appropriate quality wear testers.
1. Women's size 7 feet is essential but not a MUST.
2. Technical secondary school or above, major in Footwear Design or manufacture are preferred.
3. At least two years’ experience in shoes or related industrial business, able to read/write English emails
4. Capable to use Window Office and business software.
